The Enemy has lost the ground war. Our troops were marching on their capital when they unleashed a final, ultimate effort. Every jet, antiquated plane, cruise missile and nuclear bomber has been launched to bring fiery destruction to our civilian population. Now you are all that stands between our people and the end of our world.

Feel your afterburners roar in this short rpg where one Game Master and any number of Jet-Jockeys try to save their homeland from certain doom. This game uses story-first mechanics inspired by Apocalypse World to keep the pressure on.

You will need: 2 6-sided dice, at least three players and paper+pencils for everybody.

Each Pilot has 4 Stats. Strong, Tough, Fast, Calm and Cocky. When they try something risky, they roll 2d6 and add or subtract the modifier from their most relevant stat. Rolling a 6- is a Mistake. Something disastrous is bound to happen. 7-9 is a Close Call. The Pilot succeeds, but there is a dangerous complication. 10+ is Ace, your Pilot succeeds and gets Flow, +1 for every roll until they make a Mistake.

Inspired by the Ace Combat series, Project Wingman and Top Gun.
