This is a small wooden box containing 20 sturdy playing cards decorated with gold swirls. They are indestructible and can only be drawn by a sentient living creature, one at a time. When drawn each card glows golden, then burns to ash.

The Deck of Fortune's Wheel is a powerful and unpredictable magic item to include in your D20 role-playing game. It is designed to add interesting complications into the lives of your player's characters, but not so drastically as to derail a campaign. Excellent for one-shots, or adding unpredictability to any situation.
